In his traditional cabinetmaking workshop, you'll find wooden furniture—real wood, not chipboard covered with a film for aesthetics. Most often, it's antique and restored furniture. "It sometimes requires a lot of research to understand the designer's style; you have to find the pieces of antique wood that will blend in harmoniously. Sometimes, you also have to play with all sorts of products and old recipes to get the right shade, like an alchemist." Bernard also creates original and unique decorative objects like mushroom cups or walking sticks.
